At the start of the Fall 2021 term, GenPALS hosted a symposium/workshop to cover some of the essential background knowledge required for genomics data analysis. Throughout the rest of the fall quarter, we built on the foundation from the symposium to go into much greater depth into different topics such as quality control and dimensionality redudction.
